How to get your boarding pass for the Bahamas ferry
You can check in online before you travel and get your boarding passes for the outbound and return trips at the same time. You need your booking number and the passport number of each passenger. With the boarding pass on your phone or on paper and your passport, you go straight to boarding control at the terminal.

How to get your boarding passes
- Find your booking number in the confirmation email we send you after you pay. It is a 7-character code of letters and numbers.
- Go to the online check-in of the ferry: check-in page.
- Enter your booking number and passport number. Each passenger's passport details must be complete and correct, or the system cannot issue the passes.
- Download, email or print the boarding passes, outbound and return. Save them on your phone and take a screenshot in case there is no signal at the port.
If the online check-in does not find your booking or shows an error, contact us with your booking number and we will send you the boarding passes.
Do I still need to go to the counter?
With your boarding pass and passport, you go straight to boarding control, where both are checked. You only need the counter if you have extra luggage, a cooler, a bike or a pet to check in, or if you could not check in online. Be at the terminal at least 2 hours before departure in all cases: check-in times at Port Everglades.
Lost your boarding pass?
No problem. On the day of travel you can get a new one at the terminal with your booking number and your passport or proof of citizenship.
Before you check in online
- Have every passenger's passport at hand. Green card holders also need their card: see documents for non-U.S. citizens.
- The name on the booking must match the passport exactly. If it does not, contact us before you travel.
- The boarding pass does not replace the passport: you show both.
