Fares by age
| Age | What they pay |
|---|---|
| 0 to 2 years (infant) | Free: only the ticket taxes. Travels with an adult. |
| 3 to 12 years (child) | 50% off the adult fare, plus taxes |
| 13 years and older | Adult fare |
The same ages apply on the Bimini and Freeport routes, on day trips and on overnight trips.
Babies
- Babies can travel from birth. For babies up to 6 months, boarding can be denied if the sea is rough or the weather is bad.
- Strollers and baby food travel free, and you get one more free bag of up to 26.5 lb. See luggage.
- Babies need their own passport, like any passenger.
Teens from 13 to 17
They pay the adult fare but are still minors. They must travel with a responsible adult (18 or older), and their booking must be linked to that adult's booking. If they do not travel with both parents, they also need a consent letter. Read minors traveling without both parents.
Example
Two adults, a 7-year-old and a 1-year-old: two adult fares, half of the adult fare for the 7-year-old (plus taxes) and only the taxes for the baby. The search shows the final price before you pay.
