How to change the date of your Bahamas ferry ticket
You can change the date of your ferry ticket if you ask us at least 24 hours before departure. With a Flex ticket there is no change fee. With a Basic, Day Trip or promotional ticket, each change costs $75. In both cases, if the new date is more expensive you pay the difference, and if it is cheaper the difference is not refunded.

How to change your date, step by step
- Check the new date in the search to see availability and price: Bimini or Freeport.
- Write to us at least 24 hours before your original departure through our contact form or at info@iloveferry.us. Include your booking number, the passengers' names and the new date and sailing.
- We confirm the change and the amount to pay, if any. The change is final once you receive the new confirmation.
- Get your new boarding passes: see boarding passes.
Limits
- The new travel date must be within 1 year of the date you booked.
- Less than 24 hours before departure, the date can no longer be changed.
- If you miss the ferry, the ticket is lost: it cannot be changed afterwards.
- Changing the name to another person is not possible: tickets are non-transferable. If your own name was misspelled, contact us before you travel.
